Bill is responsible for the day-to-day operations for all SHOWA Best entities. In addition to charting the strategic direction, he serves on the SHOWA Best Glove Board of Directors. Bill, an industry veteran, started his career with Best in 1984. Previously he was the President/CEO of Tillotson Corporation and the Vice President of Perfect Fit Glove Company.

Tom Eggleston
SHOWA Best Glove, VP of Sales & Marketing

Tom is responsible for managing SHOWA Best's field sales organization, distributor support and marketing programs, customer service operations, end-user/strategic account acquisition and new business development. Tom has over 25 years experience in the safety distribution and manufacturing industry and over 10 years in the Hand and Arm Protection Industry. Tom reports to the President & COO of SHOWA Best Glove and sits on the Board of Directors for SHOWA Best Glove. Tom serves on the IGA Board of Directors and is actively involved with several Industry Organizations.
